12 July 2008:

joey, julia and i went to a nursing home, also together with some year3 students too.
it was located at tampanies
it was huge and we dont even know where was the entrance
after walking one round, we found it

walked in and then went in to the function room
the teachers prepared the food while we fold paper hearts
we were prepared to sing a song call "yi ren yi ban".
before that, we need to guide most of the uncles and aunties to the functions room

we were told to go to a room call "Heron".
in the end we lost our way and one of the volunteers there guided us there
when we finally reached there, we rang the bell and one of the nurse there tap her card and we got to go in.

each of us got to hold on to one or 2 elderly
in the group of elderly, 2 of them were very cute
they di siao each other, and made us laugh
then we brought them down, and we help them to their seats
some of them were quiet, but some of them were eager to see our performance.

joey, julia and i, didnt perform at the function room first
but we perform at another place called "Flamingo"
all the rooms had different names.
and we sang two songs.

after that then we make our way to the function room
it was our turn to sing, so we sang.
and i was happy that most of the ppl respond.
the other ppl, including us, continued to sing different songs.
till about 1pm, everything ended and we need to bring to elderly back into their own place
we had a conversation with the 2 cute elderly that i mention earlier
they didnt want us to go, but we had no choice as we need to leave already

after everybody left the function room
3 of us, sat down and eat
we were hungry, very hungry

and before we left, we off the fans except the air con because we cant find the remote control.
we went to tampanies mall to shop for joyce present
and we went to alot of shops and finally we bought her a top form "MANGO"
we lied to her that we were not coming for her birthday at her chalet located to pasir ris.
and we so called surprised her went she saw us at the door.

met a new friend there called evonne.
she is also a nurse and she told us about her work
her work is about babies, pregnancy that department. it not only that, she still need to take care of the woman before and after pregnancy and so on.
it so interesting.

we left there at about 8.30pm
when i reached home, it's about 10.45pm alr.




i will want to remain silent for sometime
i don't want to talk about anything
is either i nod or shake my head
and is either i say yes or no
and i just want to be left alone...
